1. Overview

Ziab ships high-quality, research-grade nanobodies and reagents to laboratories and institutions worldwide. Because many products are temperature-sensitive or perishable, we follow strict packaging and logistics standards to ensure sample integrity during transit.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to most countries. Availability may vary based on import restrictions, biosafety regulations, and courier limitations. For destinations requiring special permits, the customer is responsible for securing the appropriate documentation.

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days depending on product type and inventory status. Custom development products follow timelines defined in the project agreement.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Methods

Ziab uses trusted global couriers for temperature-controlled and standard deliveries. Shipping method depends on the product:

  • Temperature-sensitive items: dry ice or cold-chain shipping
  • Standard reagents: express courier service
  • Bulk or institutional shipments: freight or specialized carriers

5. Temperature-Controlled Shipments

Many nanobody reagents require strict temperature control. These shipments include:

  • Dry ice or gel packs
  • Insulated containers
  • Courier priority handling

Customers must ensure someone is available to receive the package upon arrival. Ziab is not responsible for product degradation resulting from delivery delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs holds, or failed delivery attempts.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, temperature requirements, and courier rates. Additional duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates depend on courier systems and may vary by region.

8. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Courier disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping information provided

Ziab is not liable for delays once the shipment is handed over to the courier.

9. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or incomplete, contact us within 5 business days with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of packaging and contents
  • Description of the issue

We will assist in investigating the issue and determining next steps.

10. Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Ziab is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or product damage caused by address errors or failed delivery attempts.
