Ziab’s Quality Guarantee

Ziab guarantees that every product we sell will work in the application and species listed on our website and datasheets. This guarantee does not include predicted species with a sequence identity greater than 90% with the immunogen.

If a Ziab product fails to work as stated, our technical service team will work with you to troubleshoot the issue. If this process is not successful, Ziab will provide you with a free replacement or a 100% refund for the product. Guaranteed.

For untested species and applications, we offer a testing discount program.
